Volunteer in Kolkata
Volunteering with us during your gap year or a career break, is an incredible way to travel, get new experiences, and help improve the lives of some of Kolkata's poorest people. Working with our projects in Kolkata is a challenging and immensely rewarding journey into India. Our volunteers leave with a vivid impression of this beautiful, complicated country and a sense of accomplishment, having spent productive time making a tangible difference to children's lives.
Volunteers receive bed, board, a small living allowance and a spectacular experience. If you are over 18 and believe you have the enthusiasm to make a difference, we would be delighted to consider your application. We are indebted to the large number of volunteers and visitors our projects receive.
Each volunteer needs to commit to a minimum period of two or three months. Fundraising for the Hope projects before departure for Kolkata is also required. If you would like to apply please use our Online Application Form or download and send to
