HOPE UK Patron and founder of the Yoga Garden Party, Simon Low, joined NLive Radio on 16 June to talk about this year’s Yoga Garden Party, taking place on Saturday 1 August at The Falcon at Castle Ashby, Northamptonshire.
During the interview, Simon spoke about the inspiration behind the event, what participants can expect on the day, and how the Yoga Garden Party brings together yoga, wellbeing and community in support of The Hope Foundation.
Now in its latest year, the Yoga Garden Party will welcome more than 20 UK and international teachers and wellbeing practitioners for a full day of yoga, Pilates, meditation, forest bathing, holistic treatments and other wellbeing experiences. Open to all levels, the event offers participants the opportunity to shape their own day while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of the historic Castle Ashby Estate.
All teachers generously volunteer their time, helping to raise vital funds for HOPE’s work with street-connected and vulnerable children and families in Kolkata, India.
We would like to thank Paul Brennecke and Andy Durrant at NLive Radio for helping us share the story of the Yoga Garden Party and raise awareness of both the event and HOPE’s work.
